Western Motor Vehicle is a spearhead 3rd party contractor to the state of Arizona. We are able to process most drivers license applications as well as many title and registration transactions. Western Motor Vehicle is open on almost every major holiday where the state MVD offices are closed. Our number is 602-246-2333 please be patient with us as we do not have a call center and you will actually be talking to an employe working the lobby, with that being said your patience is always appreciated. Our office has never had a wait longer than 40 minuets for any transaction, our average wait time is approximately 10 to 20 minuets for any transaction. We will tell you that there are times when you can walk into our office and straight up to a window with 0 wait time at all. Most of our people are dual certified to expedite our service times. Our office is certified to do road testing as well as being equipped to give the written drivers license test to obtain a drivers permit.
